Keto pancakes
Delicate and fluffy pancakes for a low-carb diet.
Ingredients:
– almond flour 90 g
– coconut flour 30 g
– erythritol – 3 tbsp
– baking powder – 1 tsp
– 5 eggs
– milk 80 ml
– olive oil 40 ml
– vanilla pinch
– salt to taste
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth, preferably with a blender (the consistency of the dough is like that of ordinary pancakes – like sour cream).
2. Adjust the thickness of the dough by adding milk – do not overdo it so that it does not turn out too thin.
3. Heat a greased frying pan on the stove over medium heat.
4. Spoon the batter into the pan, forming pancakes.
5. Cover and fry for 1.5-2 minutes until bubbles start to form.
6. Turn over and cook for another 1.5-2 minutes, until browned on the other side.
